GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS

We have represented a multitude of political subdivisions and other publicly financed organizations in a variety of complex engagements involving development projects, including Public Private Partnership transactions.  Representative matters include representing private commercial clients in real estate and development projects involving governmental organizations, including negotiation of development agreements and representation of individual and corporate clients in licensing and administrative matters at federal, state and local levels.

Attorney Shawn McLeran led the negotiating effort with the baseball ownership group that became the Arizona Diamondbacks, concerning the financing, construction and operation of the Bank One Ballpark.  As a result, the firm has a private sector perspective to complement its extensive representation of the public sector.
