Bryan Wright’s practiced is concentrated primarily on real estate development, transactions, and financing, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. Prior to joining the firm, Bryan served for more than 20 years in general counsel, in-house counsel, executive, and other positions with leading Las Vegas gaming companies and a national real estate resort company.

Representative transactions for Bryan include:

  • Real estate and resort purchases and sales, development, secured and unsecured financings and workouts (including a $7 billion multi-bank secured credit agreement and the reorganization and recapitalization of the Hotel del Coronado partnership and its senior and mezzanine debt), public company debt offerings, management, construction, leasing, licensing and permitting
  • Mergers and acquisitions (including $7.9 billion acquisition of Mandalay Resort Group by MGM MIRAGE and a $1.1 billion dollar sale of a portfolio of resorts), public company equity offerings, organization and governance of joint ventures, limited partnerships and limited liability companies and governance of public company boards of directors and audit committees
  • Regulatory compliance, serving as Chief Compliance Officer of MGM MIRAGE
